WHAT I'M PACKING FOR DISNEYLAND

We are getting ready to leave on a fun road trip (with a few stops in different cities) but Disneyland is our destination. I like to pack my stuff way in advance in case I need to order things last minute (like the striped romper below 😏) and make sure my outfits are ready to go since we will be gone almost two weeks. So this post is what I'm planning to pack for the parks.

As for a purse, I always go with either a cross-body or a backpack purse - for this trip, I am taking my Julian. It is very lightweight and can fit a ton of stuff. The material is also nylon, which is a "sporty" material, so i'm not too worried if it gets wet.

As for everything else, we use this backpack that we got from amazon. We always bring this to the parks. We used it all over Europe and we love it! It's waterproof which is perfect for rain or water rides, and it has so many compartments. We typically keep our handheld fans in here along with band-aids, water bottles, portable phone chargers, and ziploc bags. My kids love to waste food so we come prepared. Anything they don't finish will go into a baggie for later. (can also keep phones dry from the rain/rides). We also bring ponchos. By the way - DO NOT spend $12 on a poncho in the park! If it's supposed to rain the entire time like it did last year, i will buy multiple $1 ponchos from the dollar store that we can throw away when finished. And trust me - being soaked in excessive heat, you will want to throw them away when it starts sticking to your body and it's impossible to fold back into your bag. 😝 Also not pictured: wipes! Wipes come in handy for dirty hands and faces, food, sweat, the bathroom- anything!

* Tip: if you have smaller kids, i suggest purchasing glow sticks and all of that fun stuff prior to your trip because once you enter the parks, that crap is expensive! I grabbed a ton from dollar tree last year. (photo in this post)

Speaking of the hand held fans - this is a must! For our Disney trip last year, we went with the cheap ones and while they did the job, we prefer these. They are rechargeable, three different speeds, and you can fold them in half to maximize space, prop it up onto a stroller, etc.

CLOTHES:

Minnie Ears (all three) | Pixar ears

For starters, I normally bring at least one or two outfits with me in my bag to change into in case i get sweaty, or soaked from a water ride, rain, etc. I also like to support small shops so I will sometimes change into different shirts for photo ops. We are supposed to have nice weather for our entire trip. (High 80's and low 60's) so I went with tanks. I typically go for black/white dots & stripes because it compliments the pink/red on my Minnie ears.

striped romper

This romper is SO comfortable! I just ordered this. I was planning to wear a striped dress on one of the park days but discovered this romper on Amazon! It's a prime find & under $20 Like the reviews suggested, I sized up to a Medium. Honestly I could have gone with my normal size small, but i really love the extra room. I might go back and purchase the gray one as well. I highly suggest this one 😊

Small shop tees:

I did the unisex small and wish i would've gone with xs

Not small shop but super cute for a Disney trip
Making Magic happen tee

For when it cools down at night:
mickey sweatshirt (so soft!)

I like to pack a pair of leggings, and a sweatshirt/cardigan for when it cools down at night for fireworks. You may have seen me mention these leggings a million times on Instagram. They are amazing quality for the price! I prefer these leggings over any of my "pricier" brands. They run TTS (wearing size small) I am 5'3 and they hit the ankle - just how i like them. (I hate baggy leggings)

SHOES:

These are the only sneakers i'm taking for the parks. I never do sandals because let's be honest- we're typically running to make our next fast pass and we don't have time for all of that... lol 😃

SUNGLASSES:

By the way - If you want your makeup to last, you need these two products! They will make sure your makeup is sweat-proof! The all-nighter spray is what I use everyday to set my make-up. The rose spray is what I spray on my face after my setting spray, and it gives my skin an extra boost of hydration - also smells really good! I will keep the rosewater in my purse in case I need an extra spray throughout the day. (I don't carry the all-nighter with me)

I also can't forget about my cute hanging travel organizer :)
So many compartments and I don't have to bring a million bags with me because everything fits in there.
