THE BEST COFFEE SHOPS IN EL PASO, TEXAS

I love a good excuse to try out all of the local coffee shops. Incase you didn't know, I'm obsessed with coffee (hence the blog name). Whenever we travel, we like to check out the local breweries and coffee shops. Having lived in El Paso for the last three years, I finally got around to trying several places which did not dissapoint. Should you find yourself here visiting, traveling, or training/working (Military) definitely give some (or all) of these places a try.

SALT + HONEY - I think this is the most recommended spot for coffee and I can see why. It's super cute, and located in central El Paso. It gets very crowded, especially around lunch time. Frankie and I went by ourselves and waited about an hour to be seated. The coffee was great. I got the espresso flight. Super cute!

Address: 801 N Piedras St #6, El Paso, TX 79903

THE HIVE JAVA CAFE - This was a super cute place. It's small and doesn't have much seating space available for get togethers or meetings, but the coffee and waffles are amazing! We got a chai latte, a dulce de leche latte, and the Elvis waffle.

Address: 1505 George Dieter Dr #115, El Paso, TX 79936

CAFE COCOL - I loved Cafe Coco! The decor and atmosphere are so good. The vibe can be described as boho/aztec which i LOVE as you can see from the many photos i took. I went at the end of summer so they had just added their fall specials; I got the pumpkin pie latte and it was SO good! They have a private room to hold get togethers which is when I went with a group of friends. Definitely a must do if you are in the area. It was a bit of a drive from Fort Bliss, about 30-35 mins out in Socorro (Far East area). The staff is super sweet. Worth the drive! Update: we went again and I got the black and white mocha - 10/10 recommend!

Address: 10180 Socorro Rd, Socorro, TX 79927

RALLY POINT COFFEE- This is a relatively new coffee spot- veteran and female owned! They have spiked coffee (for those that are 21+) which is new to me. I’ve never been to a place that offers spiked coffee so I thought that was pretty cool. I got an iced white mocha with Bailey’s, and Adriana got a strawberry frappe which was delicious!

Address: 4726 Woodrow Bean Transmountain Suite D, El Paso, TX 79924

DISTRICT COFFEE - This place is cute. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was fabulous. District is also about a 5 minute walk to coffee box.

Address: 222 Texas Ave F, El Paso, TX 79901

COFFEE BOX - This is the coolest one, hands down!! How cool are the cubes?! This is located downtown. It has a walk up window to order and you can sit in the cubes upstairs if you wish. This is located right at San Jacinto Square where the cute EP TX letters (and photo spot) are located. Coffee box is also about a 5 minute walk to District coffee so you can try these two places out together.

Address: 401 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79901

CAPRI COFFEE - This is the cutest shop, decked out in my favorite colors: black, white, and pink! I got the Capri latte which had beetroot powder in it which gives the latte a pink color. It was good. They don't open until 4pm during the week and on the weekends 2pm until midnight so just keep that in mind. They also serve cocktails which is why they have those hours.

Address: 111 E Robinson Ave, El Paso, TX 79902

OUTFIT DETAILS: SWEATER | SKIRT | BOOTS

VIEJO COFFEE - This is the “coffee in bags” place. Super cool! I got the horchata latte.  They used to have a bigger location but now it’s just this location which is small enough just to order. Not big enough to have meetings or anything but definitely a must try.

Address: 2519 N Stanton St, El Paso, TX 79902

CAFE CON LECHE - This is a cute, hole in the wall outdoor coffee spot. There is a cute Prada phone booth prop for the gram. The lady who was working when we went is super sweet. I got the white chocolate with saffron latte which was something different but it was good. The pan dulce was also good.

Address: 2430 Wyoming Ave, El Paso, TX 79901

I mean, how cute was this PRADA phone booth?!

2TEN COFFEE ROASTERS - I think 2TEN is the first place we tried when we got to El Paso. We sometimes buy our coffee beans here for the Breville. They have three locations, this one is located in the substation, which has other cool shops and food places (the sushi place is one of our favorites!).

Address: 145 E Sunset Rd D-100, El Paso, TX 79922

This is also where the famous “Greetings from El Paso” mural is located.

I posted a TikTok about these places as well. You can check out the video here.
