If your birthday month is coming up, make sure to sign up for rewards on these apps.
Most of these places will send you a reward at the beginning of your birthday month so you have the entire month to use it. I like that some places do this, that way you don't feel rushed or feel like you have to consume all this sugar and food in one day. You can also redeem the free reward through the apps for mobile order/pickup - no talking or awkwardness required....lol.

Almost all of the places in this list are no purchase necessary. I did receive rewards for other places not mentioned but a purchase was required which defeats the purpose of a birthday freebie ;)

ALO YOGA - free item in cart. Mine this year was a body care set valued at $35.
ALTAR'D STATE - 25% off one item (used to be 50%!)
AMERICAN EAGLE - $5 reward
GNC - $10 reward
KENDRA SCOTT- 50% one item.
MADEWELL - $25 off. You also receive a half birthday reward/coupon as well.
MONDAY SWIMWEAR - $25 off.
TARGET - 5% off, perfect if you also have the red card for the additional 5%.
